Despite the word “soba” in yakisoba, Japanese yakisoba is generally made using wheat noodles rather than buckwheat soba noodles. This product lists wheat flour as a main noodle ingredient.

🍳 Cooking Instructions

3️⃣ Add the accompanying sauce and mix thoroughly. Serve hot.
