SURFMAMA Sichuan Spicy Mala Dry Noodles combine springy Taiwanese-style noodles with a rich, aromatic mala sauce.

The spicy sauce contains chilli, Sichuan pepper and a blend of spices, complemented by vegetarian mushroom sauce and sesame oil. The result is a savoury noodle dish with chilli heat, aromatic spice and the characteristic numbing note associated with Sichuan pepper.

Simply cook and drain the noodles before mixing thoroughly with the accompanying sauce sachets.
