Sometimes you want a warm bowl of noodles with room for a few side dishes. J-BASKET Men Meijin Mini Udon comes in 125g blocks, so you can choose the portion that suits your appetite.

Pair with broth, seasoned fried tofu and spring onions for kitsune udon. Or cool the cooked noodles under cold water and serve with dipping sauce. Switch between warming and refreshing meals with a few favourite accompaniments.

Each 1kg pack contains eight blocks. Add them to hot pot as needed, or serve with vegetables, cooked meat and egg for an easy meal.

🥢 Preparation / Directions

Boil: Add frozen udon to plenty of boiling water and cook for approximately 1 minute. Drain and serve.

Microwave: Remove the inner wrapping, place on a microwave-safe plate and cover with microwave-safe film. Pierce a few vent holes. At 1200W heat one block for 1 minute 30 seconds, two for 2 minutes 30 seconds, or three for 3 minutes 30 seconds.

Cold udon: Cook first, rinse under cold water until cool and drain thoroughly.

Hot pot: Add frozen blocks directly to the broth. Adjust for equipment and quantity, ensuring the noodles are piping hot.
