Mandashi Mala Spicy Dry Noodles deliver a rich Taiwanese-style mala flavour with a concentrated dry noodle sauce. The seasoning combines spicy soybean sauce, chilli, Sichuan pepper, sesame oil and aromatic spices to create a bold balance of savoury, spicy and gently numbing flavours.
The fine noodles cook to a smooth yet springy texture and hold the sauce well, allowing every strand to absorb the rich mala seasoning. The initial savoury soybean and sesame aroma is followed by warming chilli and the distinctive fragrance of Sichuan pepper.

1️⃣ Add the noodles to approximately 500ml of boiling water.
2️⃣ Cook for around four minutes, stirring gently to separate the noodles.
3️⃣ Drain the noodles thoroughly.
4️⃣ Add the sauce and oil sachets, then mix for approximately 30 seconds before serving.
Microwave Method:
1️⃣ Place the noodles in a microwave-safe bowl.
2️⃣ Add approximately 300ml of water, ensuring the noodles are fully covered.
3️⃣ Cover with a microwave-safe lid and heat at 800W for approximately 5 minutes 30 seconds to 6 minutes 30 seconds.
4️⃣ Carefully drain the remaining water, add the sauce and mix thoroughly before serving.
