KOKUBO Solidify N’Toss, known in Japanese as 固めてポン, is a disposable waste oil solidifier designed for dealing with used cooking oil after frying.
Simply add the product to hot cooking oil after turning off the heat, stir until completely dissolved and leave the oil to cool. As it cools, the oil solidifies so that it can be removed from the pan and disposed of according to local waste regulations.
