Shark Brand Fish Siu Mai by Home Gourmet is made in Hong Kong and brings the familiar taste and texture of classic Hong Kong street food to your home. Made with fish, wheat flour and starch, each siu mai has a smooth, springy bite and savoury fish flavour.
The upgraded recipe contains no added MSG, preservatives or artificial colours. Choose the Original flavour for a classic fish siu mai taste, or the Coriander flavour for a more aromatic herbal note.
There is no need to defrost before cooking. Steam directly from frozen or prepare in an air fryer for a convenient snack, light meal or hotpot ingredient. Serve with sweet soy sauce and chilli oil for a more authentic Hong Kong-style experience.
