Shark Brand Fish Siu Mai is made in Hong Kong and brings the familiar flavour and springy texture of classic Hong Kong street-style fish siu mai to your home.

Made with fish, wheat flour and starch, these siu mai have a smooth, bouncy texture and savoury flavour. The upgraded recipe is made with no added MSG, preservatives or artificial colours.

Two flavours are available:

🐟 Original – a classic savoury fish flavour with a smooth and springy bite.

🌿 Coriander – made with coriander for a fresher, more aromatic flavour.

There is no need to defrost before cooking. Simply steam directly from frozen or prepare them in an air fryer. Serve with chilli oil and sweet soy sauce for a classic Hong Kong street-food experience.

They are also ideal for hot pot, cart noodles, soup noodles, breakfast, afternoon snacks, late-night meals, parties and catering.
