✅ Pan-fry: Add a little oil, low heat for 5–10 minutes, turning until golden brown
✅ Oven bake: Preheat 200°C, bake both sides for 7–8 minutes until fully cooked
✅ Grill: Medium heat for about 15 minutes until skin is crispy
