━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

DAISHO Chinese Cabbage Nabe Soup Base is a Japanese hot pot broth created especially for nabe dishes where Chinese cabbage is the main ingredient.

The Japanese packaging describes a double-extracted bonito dashi base enhanced with Hidaka kelp from Hokkaido, sea bream and shiitake, then finished with pure rice sake.

🥬 Made for Chinese Cabbage Nabe
Chinese cabbage absorbs the light savoury broth as it cooks, making it particularly suitable for warming Japanese-style hot pots.

🐟 Bonito Dashi Character
Fish-based dashi provides the main savoury foundation of the broth.

🌿 Hokkaido Hidaka Kelp
Adds classic kombu umami and depth.

🍄 Shiitake & Sea Bream Notes
Additional savoury ingredients create a more layered and balanced stock.

🍲 Serves 3–4
The 750g pouch is ready to use and does not need to be diluted before cooking.
