Simply add pork bones or pork shank and simmer to enjoy a comforting homemade soup.
🍲 Suggested Cooking Method
Rinse all ingredients and soak the dried tangerine peel until soft.
Add about 2L water with pork bones or pork shank.
Bring to boil then simmer for about 2 hours.
Season with salt before serving.
