This nourishing soup is known for supporting vitality, strengthening the spleen and promoting overall wellness.
Simply add lean pork or pork shank and simmer for a comforting homemade herbal soup.
🍲 Suggested Cooking Method
Rinse all ingredients thoroughly.
Soak the white fungus until soft and remove the hard stems.
Add about 2L water with lean pork or pork shank.
Bring to boil and simmer for about 2 hours.
Season with salt before serving.
