Sticky Rice Sausage (100g each): Glutinous rice, white rice, water, tapioca starch, konjac powder, stabilizer (acetylated distarch phosphate E1414), quality improver (calcium carbonate E170, sodium acetate E262), oil, salt, white pepper, seasoning (monosodium glutamate E621, propylene glycol E1520, yeast extract), coagulant (calcium oxide E529).

Taiwanese Sausage (40g each): Pork (88%), sugar, salt, sorghum liquor (sorghum, water, wheat), rice wine (rice, water, refined alcohol), spice mix (cinnamon, star anise, fennel, chili, orange peel containing sulphites), emulsifier (E452(i), E450(v)), garlic powder, white pepper, curing agent (salt, preservative E250, E252, E1400), cinnamon powder, flavor enhancer (maltodextrin, salt, sucrose, yeast extract, hydrolyzed soy protein, mushroom extract, cabbage extract), antioxidant (E316). Wrapped in natural pork casing.

Sweet & Sour Sauce (60g): Water, sugar, glucose syrup, concentrated pineapple juice (7%), tomato ketchup (4%), modified corn starch, acetic acid, salt, coloring (paprika extract, beta-carotene), stabilizer (xanthan gum (soy, wheat)).
