Lee Kum Kee Spicy Garlic Stir-Fry Sauce is a Sichuan-style cooking sauce made with fermented soybean paste, chilli peppers and aromatic garlic. It delivers a rich, spicy and savoury flavour typical of classic Chinese “Yu Xiang” cuisine.
Perfect for quick stir-fry dishes with aubergine, pork, chicken, seafood, tofu or vegetables. With just one pack, you can easily prepare a delicious Sichuan-style meal at home.
🍆 Suggested Cooking Method
Spicy Garlic Aubergine
1️⃣ Heat oil in a wok and stir-fry aubergine for about 5 minutes until tender
2️⃣ Add Lee Kum Kee Spicy Garlic Stir-Fry Sauce and a splash of water if needed
3️⃣ Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes
4️⃣ Garnish with spring onion or chilli and serve with rice or noodles
