Lee Kum Kee Mushroom Hot Pot Broth is made with carefully selected shiitake and white mushrooms, resulting in a rich and flavorful broth that brings out the natural umami taste of the mushrooms.

This concentrated soup base is perfect for use as a hot pot broth, noodle soup base, or various cooking stock. Simply add hot water to quickly create a rich and flavorful mushroom broth.

🍲 Suggested usage

Hot pot/Soup base

1️⃣ Add 1 packet of shiitake mushroom hot pot broth to approximately 1.5L (about 6 cups) of water.

2️⃣ Heat to a boil to make hot pot broth.


🍜 Can also be used as:

  • Soup base for noodle soup

  • Cooking stock

  • Cooking porridge or stew
