Lee Kum Kee All Purpose Marinade is a classic Chinese braising sauce made with soy sauce and aromatic spices. It provides a rich, slightly sweet flavour that is perfect for traditional Chinese dishes.

It is commonly used for Swiss chicken wings, braised eggs, tofu and other meats. Simply dilute with water to create a delicious braising sauce at home.

🍗 Suggested Use

Swiss Chicken Wings

Mix 2 parts Lee Kum Kee All Purpose Marinade with 1 part water. Add chicken wings or other ingredients, bring to a boil and simmer over low heat until cooked. Turn occasionally to allow the flavour to absorb. Drain and serve.
